DEPTIVO / Investor overview

Company-wide ambition.
Workflow-first execution.

Pre-validation concept · For exploratory discussion

The problem hypothesis

Business goals, departmental work, decisions and evidence often sit in separate tools. DEPTIVO’s hypothesis is that a governed operating layer can close this coordination gap. Demand and willingness to pay remain to be tested.

The product boundary

A department-first company operating model with human, AI and hybrid roles, explicit authority and reviewed outcomes. DEPTIVO is not a personal assistant and is not positioned as an immediate universal ERP replacement.

The first proof point

A narrow, human-reviewed operating workflow for a service business. Compare configured existing software, integrations and human delivery before committing to custom platform engineering.

The differentiation hypothesis

Department-level accountability, verifiable deliverables and controlled organizational learning may offer more value than isolated assistants. The hypothesis must outperform the buyer’s existing workflow.

Commercial paths to test

A paid setup and managed pilot, followed by a recurring managed workflow or department subscription. Pricing, gross margin, acquisition costs and retention are not yet commercially validated.

What exists today

A documented organizational design and this multilingual concept website. The interface is synthetic. A deployed customer product, customer traction and measured financial outcomes are not established by this preview.

The conversation we seek

Feedback on the buyer and workflow, potential design-partner introductions, and a milestone-based validation plan. No investment amount, valuation, return or legal terms are represented as agreed.
